We have access to Specialist Finance brokers and Private Funding J.V Partners to help purchase your properties or fund your next development project.

Part of our process will be to organise viewings and provide the necessary due diligence to enable you to choose the right property that suits your investment criteria. We will also help you through each step of the purchase process all the way through to completion, and where necessary the ongoing management

Once we have found a suitable property, your property investment consultant will issue the necessary paperwork so the property can be reserved. There will be a small reservation deposit payable which will be required which would form part of the purchase price. This is not an additional cost however it shows the developer that you are committed to purchasing the property.

We will assist you with as much of the process as you would like. Most clients prefer to take advantage of the discounted rates that have been pre-negotiated exclusively for Citywide Investors clients. Therefore we will help you instruct your solicitor, ensure the mortgage application is progressing and provide help with ensuring that a tenant is ready to move in once your investment is due for completion.

You have now completed on your property purchase – Congratulations. This is where you would claim your Citywide Completion Reward Bonus. Our relationship does not end here. We will continue to stay in touch until you are ready for your next purchase.
